The rebuild work being performed is as follows:
1. Refitting the ram
2. Refitting the punch slide
3. Checking main journals
4. Refitting of the connecting rod to the crankshaft

6. Reworking the cams and cam followers
7. Reworking of the feed mechanism and components
8. Installation of a complete “new’ lubrication system
9. Replacing all lubrications lines, fittings, terminal distribution blocks, flexible lines, etc.
10. Checking and making any necessary repairs to the electrical system and operators control station
In addition, a number of parts were made brand new brand including one cross shaft, one side shaft,
various shifter parts and other miscellaneous parts.
The machine will be finished and ready to be shipped in approximately 8 weeks.
