Features:
These machines are for the manufacture of long screws & bolts, fully automatic from wire coil to finished product.

A single machine, consisting of harmonized components,
can perform the following operations fully automatically:
■ Cutting of up to a 12 mm | 0.5 ” diameter rod
■ Pre-form and fi nish upsetting – also with
spring-mounted tools
■ Punching of hexagons in two steps including burr removal
■ Reducing of diameters over lengths up to 100 mm | 4 ”
and more
■ Pinching with pressing forces of up to 40 t
■ Thread rolling with rolling jaws down to TR 6 / WF # 50
and up to 160 mm | 6.25” wide as standard
■ Milling as an inline process
■ Sorting the fi nished products into transport boxes

Wire feeding is operated by servo-drive and reaches a maximum length tolerance of ± 0.05 mm (± .002") without additional trim cut. The compact machine only requires little space and may be installed without foundation or baseplate. As a matter of course we are also prepared to supply straighteners, decoilers and further peripheral equipment adjusted to the machine capacity.
