Production rate of non-pressed parts: 100 PPM
Straightening the wire: 5 mm - 11 mm @700 N/mm2 (100 kips)
Cutting to length: up to 800 mm as standard, or longer upon request
Thread rolling: (M6 to M12) on one end, from 20 mm to 97 mm long
Bending to shape: 100 Anchor Bolts per minute (length before bending up to 300). Slower on longer parts.
