Features:
For the production of butted spoke blanks made of stainless steel for bicycles and e-bikes.
Unwinding from the coil to the single or double butted and straightened spoke blank.
■ The process used to reduce the wire diameter is carried out by servo-controlled forming rollers.
■ For unwinding from the coil, a driven wire decoiler and then a roll straightener are connected upstream.
■ For the feed, two servo-controlled ball screw spindles are moving the clamping units on slides.
■ To achieve exact straightness, the wire, which has been reduced in sections, passes through a rotating straightener.
■ Finally, the blank is cut to the preset length
■ Central control panel incl. recipe management and separate control box for setting up the process
